Our Project with an ongoing construction is located in Esbach Industrial Zone.

It is being constructed with KFW55 thermal insulation and in accordance with green building standards.

There will be floor heating system.

There will be 35 parking spaces and two charging stations for electric cars in front of the building.

The building will be equipped with a video surveillance system.


Offices

The office building consists of 4 floors, each with 500m2 of office space.
Full or half floor rental is possible.

Offices will be of 3,70 metres high.

Offices will be delivered with kitchen, toilet and lightning.

In the building, TK elevator will be available for four people.
-
The building will be cooled with air conditioners with low carbon emission.
-
Floor heating and cooling systems will be used.
-
Building will be in woodwork facade with insulated Windows.


Storage Area

Storage area is 1700 m2.

It is suitable for the entry and exit of trucks. Office space, toilet and kitchen are available in the warehouse.

The ceiling height of storage will be 7.25m.
-
Facade and the roof of the storage will be covered with aliminum sandwich panel with an insulation.
-
There will be light tapes over the roof.
-
Loading and unloading ramps will be constructed in appropriate standards.
